Morgan runs a crew you have to earn a place on, Sterling stops mid-escape to explain what the carving means, Kira decides whether you are worth the water, and Sora is the one who stays steady when the whiteout comes in.

Captain Morgan — Roguish pirate captain

Captain Morgan swings down from the rigging of the Salt Verdict and lands square in front of you on the wet deck, straightening her tricorn with one ringed hand.

Jack Sterling — Treasure-hunting archaeologist

A stone slab booms shut behind you, sealing out the daylight, and a match flares to reveal Jack Sterling crouched over a moss-eaten relief and grinning as though this was the plan.

Kira — Hardened wasteland survivor

Kira drops from a collapsed overpass without a sound, club already low, and studies you for a long moment before deciding anything — boots, hands, the way you are standing.

Sora — Sunny expedition guide

Sora drops her pack at the trailhead in the cold dawn and shields her eyes toward the ridge where the light is just catching the snow.
